I stopped by the Mountain Mike’s in Walnut Creek for the lunch buffet and really enjoyed it. I got a soda, made a salad with ranch, and tried three different slices of their combo pizzas. Everything tasted fresh, and the quality was good for a buffet. The white sauce combo pizza stood out—it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and I’d definitely come back again.
Just another good experience with the Mountain Mikes. Ordered online, easy and seamless. Predicted 30-40 minute delivery time from the time my order was entered, ended up being less than 25 minutes. My pizzas were perfectly cooked, fresh and really good, as if the pizza chef made it for themselves.

definitely enjoyed my first try. most gluten free pizza's I've tried in other places have a weird after taste, not theirs. they also top it with lots of toppings. played some pinball machine and got my pizza in 15 minutes with some friendly service. they'll definitely see me again
I was really impressed with the measures this location has taken to protect it's employees and staff during this COVID-19 situation. I ordered pizza for take out and when I went to pick it up, I noticed they sanitize every day and have rules for take out orders. All their tables were set aside to avoid any contact with walk in customers and also had tape on the floors to maintain social distance. The pizza was amazing as well. I really enjoyed this experience and I recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a great pizza night.
Great place to have all you-can-eat-pizza, salad and a 1/2 pitcher of beer for 20. The salad bar is fresh and lots of topping options, and the pizza is hot and usually have 4-5 pizza different selections to choose from, including breadsticks. Beers come in a 16 oz glass, 1/2 and full pitchers. Overall good beer pricing (domestic and premium available), about 7 choices (Elysian, Stella, 805, Steiella Nevada, Laginitas, Coors Light, etc.) where with their lunch special and a 1/2 pitcher of beers (about 3 glasses @ 8.99) cost me total 20.55. Overall clean place, dual bathrooms, employees work hard and give good friendly service, handicap accessible, but parking is a little crowded becuase of all the other sorts of businesses next door. I generally visit this place once every 3 months.
There are so many good eating options in this plaza but nothing beats the all you can eat Pizza and a beer for lunch price at Mountain Mike’s. The service is great, plenty of room to seat and plenty of parking too. I got a half pitcher for excellent price.
We came after 2:30 in the afternoon hoping to just get a few slices for the he kids. She said that the buffet was closed, however, if we wanted what was still left under the heat lamps, we could get it severely discounted. It wasn't fresh out of the oven, but it was still good... Maybe a couple of hours or so. It was super-nice of them to offer that. Basically a Mountain size pizza at a fraction of the price of a fresh-made one. Not saying that they will or should offer this every time, but they are nice people.
